He (Irish) woke up and had some gummies, and twenty minutes later found himself fully committed to a mission: walk to the servo down the road and back, "for the vibes." He made it exactly one street before getting deeply invested in a conversation with his own shadow about whether birds know they can fly, or if it's "just sort of a surprise every time." Forty-five minutes, several tangents, and one long unplanned detour later, he arrived home having completely forgotten the original mission — but with a new favourite cloud shape and a very firm stance on the bird question.
