He (Irish) woke up and had some gummies, and — against everyone's advice — decided to give the rubber duck a second chance after "last time." Things were going fine until his own reflection in the microwave door pointed out, quite reasonably, that the rubber duck had never actually done anything wrong in the first place. Irish considered this for a long moment, apologised sincerely to the rubber duck, and the two were, by his account, "on good terms again."
