He (Irish) woke up and had some gummies, and decided the fairest way to eat a bowl of dry cereal was to split it evenly with his own reflection in the microwave door using a ruler, for accuracy. This somehow became a forty-minute summit covering portion sizes, "the true meaning of sharing," and a formal handshake agreement that neither party fully remembers the terms of. A snack treaty was signed on the back of an envelope. It was, by all accounts, an enormous diplomatic success, and the bowl of dry cereal was, eventually, shared. Mostly.
